Responsibilities
* Assisting in providing financial insights and support to key business units
* Preparing budgets, detailed reports, forecasts, and financial models that drive strategic decision-making
* Partnering with stakeholders to ensure financial goals are met, highlighting opportunities for growth and cost-saving initiatives
* Supporting key financial functions including treasury management, management accounting, and financial accounting, while maximising financial assets
* Ensuring appropriate funds are in place and supporting the financial control of development projects
* Setting up and managing financial processes and contracts, inputting financial data for benchmarking and ensuring accurate monthly reconciliations
Qualifications
* Part-qualified or fully qualified in ACCA/CIMA/ACA
* High level of financial and accounting experience
* Strong analytical mindset with an ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
* Ability to prepare and present, and build relationships across finance and non-finance teams
* Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management accounts
* Excellent Excel skills and a knack for working with financial systems
This is a fixed-term position up to 30th September 2025, working full time, 37 hours per week Monday to Friday and based in offices in Abergele.
