We are lucky to be working with an amazing company on a role that offer the opportunity to work in the Private Aviation industry. Our extremely successful client are looking for a dynamic and motivated Private Jet Charter Broker to join their central London team.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients, understanding their specific travel needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
Cold Calling: Make outbound sales calls building a list ogf prospective new clients.
Charter Sales: Handle all aspects of private jet charter bookings, from sourcing aircraft to negotiating contracts and finalising bookings. Ensure competitive pricing while maintaining premium service standards.
Flight Coordination: Collaborate with flight operators, aircraft providers, and internal teams to ensure all charter details are executed flawlessly, from aircraft availability to ground services.
Market Research: Stay informed about the private aviation market, including new aircraft types, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide the best service and advice to clients.
Client Consultation: Offer expert advice on aircraft options, routing, and logistics, helping clients select the most suitable solutions for their travel needs.
24/7 Availability: Be available to respond to client inquiries and handle last-minute requests or changes, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and client satisfaction.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or unexpected situations that arise during the charter process, ensuring clients receive a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Networking: Build and nurture relationships with key industry contacts, including operators, FBOs (Fixed Base Operators), and aviation service providers to expand your network and resources. Requirements:
Proven experience in private jet charter broking, luxury sales, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the private aviation industry, aircraft types, and charter regulations.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-net-worth clients and deliver top-tier customer service.
Knowledge of CRM.
Sales-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible and available to work outside normal business hours, including weekends, to accommodate client needs.
Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
