The Senior Loss Prevention Manager, Stores South will lead a team of Specialists and will also be accountable for delivering business shrink & loss targets.
Working 5 days per week you will partner, coach & support Store & Regional Managers. Leading your team to identify and address poor performing stores in their regions through the continuous and detailed review of relevant KPIs and input metrics.
Supporting Store and Regional Managers, directly and through your team, to root cause and improve the drivers of loss in their store. You will also support the governance process where required, attending High Shrink reviews, regional meetings.
You will act as a subject matter expert on shrink for retail management teams and on retail processes for central teams. You and your team will identify trends in shrink and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve and simplify processes for store teams and to support the Loss Prevention agenda.
Ultimately, you will stand over the execution of Loss Prevention initiatives and investment, driving excellent Retail compliance at all times.
You will be largely based in stores and you’ll also visit Hilmore as required, usually one day per week.
Ideally you will reside in the Midlands or South of England as this role will include extensive travel across the region.
