About the Role
1. Actively headhunting candidates across Scandinavia & DACH regions for clients in the Technology sector (Cloud/SAP/Dynamics).
2. Lead your own desk, building relationships with new and existing clients.
3. Manage the entire recruitment process.
4. Negotiate with senior level stakeholders.
5. Fly out to win business and conduct business trips with clients and candidates in your portfolio.
6. Get involved in the strategy and overall direction of the business within your sector.
7. Develop and help establish new markets, offices, and industries for the business.
8. Develop through one-on-one mentoring.
9. Come up with new initiatives that could benefit the business.
