Digital Automation Lead (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Role Overview:
The Digital Automation Lead will oversee the holistic direction of automation, the management of applications, tools, platforms and services encompassing UiPath, MS Power Platform and related technologies. The post-holder will steer platform governance, constructing pivotal technology roadmaps and propelling automation technologies to amplify productivity.
Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on:
1. Leading a team of automation specialists, providing guidance, setting clear objectives and fostering a motivated and productive team culture.
2. Maximising team contribution to business objectives and realising their potential.
3. Taking an active lead in the design and delivery of the Process Automation solution, ensuring the platform remains fit for purpose in order to enable process automation across the organisation.
4. Managing the administration of the process automation platform including robot resource management, configuration, licensing and access to ensure efficient use of resources.
5. Identifying, contributing to and delivering continuous service improvement for the automation catalogue to optimise efficiency, resolve incidents and understand root causes of issues.
6. Training, coaching and mentoring team members to help design process automation solutions through the use of new and existing technologies.
Your previous experience is likely to include:
1. Working with robotics software.
2. Managing similar teams from a technical, operational and service outcome perspective.
3. Leading technology change and deployments.
4. Successfully establishing and transitioning new IT solutions into existing teams.
5. Managing and collaborating cross-team to ensure successful solution delivery.
To be successful in this role you will:
