Application Support Analyst – Job Opportunity
Location: St Helens area, WA11
Onsite role – Monday to Friday
Our client is looking for an Application Support Analyst to join their team. This is a newly created role within the business systems team, focused on supporting, maintaining, and enhancing various business systems within a manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities:
* Manage all systems integrations
* Update relevant SOPs and create new ones where applicable
* Assist with system migration, upgrades, and development
* Provide training documents to improve user buy-in with new systems and procedures
* Assist with the support and development of reporting tools and dashboards
* Identify areas of inefficiency and system duplication and actively seek alternatives
* Guide users on Office 365 applications and their usage
* Be the point of contact for all application queries from other departments
* Liaise with third-party suppliers/business partners
* Triage support tickets across the business applications
* Work on a range of business systems including:
o ERP
o Sage X3
o Net Stock
o Qlik Cloud
o O365
o Smart Sheet
o Qpulse
o Document Management Tool
* Get involved in a range of projects, implementations, and migrations.
The ideal candidate will have applications support experience, enjoy supporting users, have an analytical mindset, and enjoy solving problems. This role offers lots of variety to get involved in projects and be a key member of the business systems team by supporting and enhancing systems.
