Job Description The Head of Retail Media is responsible for leading the groups retail media strategy including sales, partnerships, revenue growth and overall proposition development. Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the groups Retail Media Business collaborating with our brand partners to enhance their Retail Media Network capabilities and drive commercial growth. Utilise the company’s 1P Retail data and technology to develop audience insights, activation strategies, and closed-loop measurement solutions that deliver value to our brand partners. Foster relationships with our brand partners across our group to sell in Frasers Group Retail Media Solution. Working closely with our internal product teams and key retail media tech partner Zitcha to roll out the proposition and drive its development moving forward. Educate key internal stakeholders on Retail Media and our capabilities. Work closely with our commercial and brand partnership teams to ensure the groups retail media offering is driving incremental revenue outside our existing JBP agreements. Ensure alignment and close working with our brand partnerships and commercial teams to ensure maximum value for our brand partners. Help to sell the company’s broader offerings to partners such as Creative Services and detail measurement packages. Work with external Media teams fostering strong relationships to support solution monetisation to Advertisers, Media Agencies, Media platforms, and Media owners. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer behaviour, and market dynamics to inform the development of innovative Retail Media solutions including speaking and though leadership.
