ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work across various Primary schools, delivering high-quality education and creating a positive learning environment. You may work across different Key Stages depending on your experience and preference. This role is ideal for someone who: Is looking for flexibility in their working hours. Wants to gain experience across a range of Primary Schools and age groups. Looking to take a step back from full-time work. Reduced responsibility with no marking or planning. Enjoys the variety of working in different school settings. Has a passion for supporting children's education and personal development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Delivering engaging and inclusive lessons across subjects and key stages. Delegating 1:1 supprt to students when needed. Helping maintain a safe, fun learning environment. Supporting students with additional learning needs. Supervsing students during break times and showing strong classroom management. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Experience within a similar role is important, with QTS or PGCE Status. A positive and adaptable attitdue and willingness to work across different schools. Good communication and interpersonal Skills. A Patient and supportive approach to working with children of varying abiities. DBS Certification, that is registered with the Update Service.
