About the Role
As a Beauty Ambassador you will represent all that bare Minerals stands for. We create innovative products that are powered by nourishing, skin-loving minerals. bare Minerals is for all people, of all skin types, of all ages. Everyone is welcome in our family.

Primary Responsibilities
You will educate the customer with your extensive product knowledge and demonstrate exceptional customer service, which is at the heart of all that bare Minerals stands for. Hitting your targets will come naturally as you will have shaped a network of loyal customers. Most importantly, you will connect with your customer in meaningful ways, because we’ve never been content with just making them look beautiful - we want to make them feel beautiful. You’ll love creating the signature look and sharing all the on-counter services and events that we offer with both existing and new customers.
Goals
* To achieve retail sales targets through seated services, and KPIs including appointment and service goals.
* To work as part of a team to deliver the bare Minerals Story.
* Attract and retain customers through a unique brand experience.
Qualifications & Competencies
* Strong experience in Beauty Customer Service.
* Experience in Makeup Artistry/ Beauty Therapy, ideally with a qualification.
* Commercially aware with retail experience.
* Ability to communicate effectively with Manager on personal performance.
* Ability to deliver sales targets and KPIs including daily return booking goals, and seated Mindful Beauty Service Goals.
* Connect and share brand story with all customers and represent the brand through excellent grooming and a positive attitude.
* Confident in traffic stopping to engage and excite new customers to the brand.
* Ability to use Social media to drive customer recruitment.
* Genuine passion for the brand and customer service.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, within a fast-paced environment.
* Self-motivated and results-driven.
* Flexibility to work key trading hours.
