Salary: £47,000 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Ipswich/Hybrid with frequent travel around our operating area

If yes, you could be our next Head of Communications, and we'd love to meet you.
We are looking for a positive, forward thinking, inclusive person to join our established Communications Team here at Orwell. Our communications have flourished over the last few years, and we are looking for someone to continue that positive journey with a focus on raising our profile externally and giving us a clear voice in the sector.
You will be our organisational Communications and EDI lead and will design and deliver against our Internal and External Communication and EDI strategies, providing our colleagues with a great service and shouting about our successes.

Qualifications…
* Educated to degree level in a related field, or equivalent work experience in a Communications Leadership position leading a Communications function.
* Leadership qualification or willingness to achieve this within 18 - 24 months or attendance at our internal Building Leaders Programme
* Chartered Institute of Marketing or Chartered Institute of Public Relations qualification is desirable.
