Become part of the Kids Club team at Cheadle Hulme Primary School. We're looking for an enthusiastic and creative Kids Club manager.
Our Kids Club offers a safe and happy ‘home from home’ play-based environment. Breakfast Club runs from 7.30am until the start of the school day, and After School Clubs run from home time to 6pm. Within this role, you will lead the Kids Club Team to provide high standards of care and play opportunities for children between the ages of 4 and 11.

This position is contracted on a 28 per week Term Time Only basis. This means you will mainly work when the school is open to pupils and will not need to work during the school holidays unless the contract requires you to do so. In total, you will be in work for a minimum of 38 out of 52 weeks. Please note this is a Fixed-Term position until 03/11/2025.
Job Purpose
* Lead the day-to-day management of the breakfast and after-school clubs to ensure the highest quality of service for the children attending.
* Ensure that appropriate staff ratios are always adhered to, maintaining rotas of work where needed and managing staff cover and shifts as needed.
Key Skills & Experience
* NVQ Level 2 or above in childcare/play work or relevant qualification.
* Good knowledge and understanding of play and how to create opportunities for a wide range of ages and interests.
