Your role is all about coordination, whether that be people or services, you will be at the center ensuring things are well
organised, delivered to plan and we’re achieving the optimum impact. You are the central key to ensuring our sites run smoothly,
are awash with complimentary activities and deliver the best opportunities for our customers. You are target driven with a sharp
eye for detail and have excellent people skills. You bring the ideas, energy and enthusiasm to sites.
As a Delivery coordinator, a typical day might include:
* Coordinating the events and activities calendar, ensuring there is a range of activities planned that meet the needs and
requirements of the students, and that attendance and impact are recorded and maximized.
* Leading on our student engagement activities, ensuring we are providing and maximising opportunities to ensure the student
voice is central to our decision making across all aspects of our service, and assisting with identifying ways of improving
processes to increase satisfaction.
* Having a key focus and awareness of safeguarding and the wellbeing of our people and ensuring that any concerns are dealt with
appropriately.
* Supporting students to thrive within the accommodation, getting to know their needs, desires and challenges and putting plans
in place to ensure they are supported to achieve their personal ambitions.
* Working with our student volunteers to ensure we are recruiting, supporting and developing their skills, experiences and
opportunities.
* Creating marketing materials to promote our service offer, events and activities, including the use of hub based social
channels and brand based promotion and delivering messages directly through online platforms and systems, liaising with the
group marketing team when more support is required.
* Administration of our systems in line with processes, ensuring they are up to date, we’re maximising their use, and data input
is compliant.
* Identifying our customers’ support requirements, finding out more to understand their needs and source solutions in a planned
and methodical way.
* Collaborating with wider teams including CLIP, Riverside and housing, to find solutions, opportunities and learning and making
the most of the skills and experiences available for the benefit of our students.
* General administration duties as required, including leading on all financial administration of sites to ensure timely and
compliant purchasing and income evidence.
The must haves:
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to positively engage with people both 1-2-1 and in groups.
* Strong IT skills, across multiple platforms, with an indepth knowledge of Office tools, with an eye for detail that’s second to
none.
* Knowledge and understanding of the barriers and challenges that people face and experience of assisting people to find
solutions that work for them.
* General awareness of health and safety, building management and risk assessment.
* You’re a planner who is extremely organised and enjoys coordinating and achieving timely results.
* Excellent customer service and administration experience and skills.
* Ability to work as a team, under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience of organising events and knowledge of the basics of sales and marketing techniques, or willingness to learn.
* Ability to work collaboratively with others, whether in the same team or external support providers.
* You’re a positive, energised and enthusiastic person, with a real zest for helping others.

What will set you aside from the crowd (but is not essential):
* First aid trained or willingness to attend training
* MHFA trained or willingness to attend training
* If you have knowledge or experience of working with students or accommodation, this would be advantageous
* You’ll be adept at change, having got hands-on experience living and breathing new ways of working and knowing how to bring
your colleagues along for the experience.
