Job Description Cost Programme Manager – Aftermarket Operations Full-time Derby/Hybrid – 3 days on-site What you will be doing We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to lead the next phase of our Aftermarket Shop Visit Cost and the broader Operating System journey. This role will drive the transformation of Aftermarket Operations Operating Model – refreshing the technology, data, processes and business operating model. To achieve this, you will need to bring together teams from across the Civil Aerospace Business. You will help drive organisational agility, boldness, collaboration, and simplicity. Responsibilities In this role, you will: Promote a cost conscious organisation through a transformation change programme. Define, engage, and secure approval of the Shop Visit Cost Operating Model. Ensuring changes to our organisation, processes and digital systems are development and deployment in parallel to achieve a lean approach that will deliver direct benefit to cost performance. Lead integration between teams and promote standardised ways of working across Aftermarket Operations & Value Streams for the Cost attribute. Ensure that there is a comprehensive cascade of all cost requirements through Aftermarket Operations & Value Streams. Why Rolls-Royce? Previous experience in a relevant discipline, preferably with an understanding of the Shop Visit Cost and/or Business Improvement.
