An excellent opportunity has become available for a Senior Town Planner to join a UK leading real estate and planning consultancy in Cambridge. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work as part of a respected team and lead large scale residential, mixed use, commercial and retail schemes.
For this role candidates are sought with:
* A relevant Town Planning related BSc/MSc (or equivalent)
* A minimum of four year’s planning experience, preferably within a consultancy environment
* Chartered Membership to the RTPI
* Proven ability to win new business for the team
* A full UK drivers licence
Duties:
* Supporting the team with the delivery of a variety of complex projects
* Undertaking a fee earning role
* Liaising with clients, local authorities and internal Directors
* Mentoring junior members of the team
