Here at Computacenter, the Technical Resource Group (TRG) specialises in delivering intermediate to advanced desktop installation, configuration, support, and troubleshooting services. Additionally, we provide basic Wintel installation, configuration, administration, and break-fix solutions.
In this role, youll deliver hands-on technical IT support to one of our key customers, who operate across multiple UK sites. If you have a passion for IT, along with some knowledge of desktop/laptop technologies and Windows operating systems, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Hours: 37.5 (plus on-call)

What youll do
As an IT Field Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT services and equipment within your assigned Hub and surrounding spokes. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Queue Ticket Management: Efficiently manage and update tickets assigned to your Hub, ensuring service levels are maintained as per the contract.
