Job Overview
The part-time office administrator will be crucial in ensuring smooth administrative operations within our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general office duties, managing travel arrangements, supporting finance with basic bookkeeping, and assisting in the maintenance and continued development of the ISO 27001 standard to ensure continued compliance. It is essential that you have a car, a full driving license, and a genuine love of the countryside. The ideal candidate will either live in or within a 45 min radius of Ledbury.
Key Responsibilities
General Office Duties
* Provide administrative support to the general office and training department under the direction of the Chief Administrative Officer.
* Organise and maintain electronic files and documentation on MS Sharepoint.
* Assist in organising meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
* Monitor and maintain office supplies, ensuring stocks are replenished as needed.
Travel Coordination
* Book and manage all travel arrangements for directors and employees, including flights, visas, accommodation, and transportation.
* Ensure all travel bookings are cost-effective and meet company policies and preferences.
* Handle any travel-related queries or issues that arise promptly.
* Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using Xero, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
* Help in preparing reports and supporting documentation as needed.
ISO Compliance Assistance
* Support the ongoing development and maintenance of ISO 27001 compliance documentation and processes.
* Assist in conducting compliance audits and preparing reports.
Skills
* Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential.
* Highly organised with the ability to multitask effectively.
* Proficient in Microsoft 365 (MS Word, MS Teams & Outlook).
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
