We are looking for a motivated person with excellent communication skills who can demonstrate a proactive attitude to learning the skills required for the role. No experience is necessary, all training will be given.
Main duties of the job
To deliver person centred care according to a patient's individual care plan under the supervision of qualified staff, adhering to Southern Health NHS foundation Trust policies, procedures and guidelines.
