About the Role: As a Teacher of Art, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and effective Art lessons in line with the curriculum. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support development. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the delivery of the subject. Maintain a positive, supportive classroom environment that encourages student creativity and growth. A degree in Art, Fine Art, or a closely related field. Proven experience in teaching Art at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. A passion for the subject with the ability to inspire and engage students. Strong communication and organizational skills. The ability to work effectively as part of a team. A commitment to continuous professional development and a desire to stay current with educational trends. Strong classroom management skills. A DBS check will be required before appointment.
