Personal Assistant and Research Administrator to Senior Leads of the Infection, Respiratory and Acute Care Group
We are looking for an experienced PA/Research Administrator to support the Senior Leads of the Infection, Respiratory and Acute Care Group. This is a role for a well-organised, detail-oriented, and relationship-focused person with a passion for managing complexity in a friendly, fast-paced environment.

Pay: £33,832 - £43,232 a year

Location: Gibson Building, Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences, Radcliffe Primary Care Building, Woodstock Road, Oxford, OX2 6GG
Responsibilities
1. Support the management and delivery of large Research Programmes.
2. Liaise closely with other members of the administrative team and other departments.
3. Maintain efficiency and foster effective communication across all levels.
4. Manage multiple diaries and maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
Requirements
1. Previous PA experience.
2. Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
3. Self-motivated and able to work without regular supervision.
4. Excellent organisational and planning skills.
You will be able to agree on a pattern of regular remote working with your line manager. The position is full-time and funded for two years in the first instance.
