Provide a proactive and reactive service to make sure thatour customers meet alloftheir financial arrangements in-line with their own financialgoals.
KeyResponsibilities At first point of contact, provide outstandingcustomer service and help the organisation to achieve itsgoals
Educate customers in the differentwaysthey can do their banking, supporting them in choosing the rightservice options for their personalneeds
Accurately and compliantly complete processes andprocedures, while providing the customer with a seamless andpositive experience
Take the correct actions to deliver good customer outcomesfor anycustomer needs, regularly reviewing and taking mitigatingactions when gaps are identified to ensure good customeroutcomes. Join us as a Customer ServiceAssociate We’ll look to you to deliver excellent service to ourcustomers, keeping their needs andfinancial goals in mind at alltimes You’ll be educating customers in thedifferent ways they can do their banking and supporting them inchoosing the options that work best forthem We’re looking for a detail-orientated person to compliantly complete processes and procedures, whileproviding each customer with a seamlessexperience What you'll do In this role, you’ll conduct financial reviewswith customers and provide them with accurate information, allowing themto make informed decisions on financial products and services.You’ll hone your organisational skills as you manage your diaryand balance proactive conversations with planned customermeetings. Your duties willinclude: Supporting the bank’s way of working to help asmany customers as possible Maintaining relationships with colleagues in yourdepartment to support customers and maintain an awareness of the wideraims of the business Resolving complaints and errors quickly andmaking sure that the relationship with the customer is fullyrestored Ensuring each customer interaction leaves thecustomer satisfied that their needs have beenmet. The skills you'll need To join us in this role, you’ll have experience of workingin a customer service environment and managing relationships withcustomers. You’ll enjoy applying your excellent organisational and timemanagement skills to meet performance measures and customerneeds. We’re also looking for you to demonstrate: Excellent communication skills, both verbal andwritten A background of working within a regulatoryenvironment Good technology skills with the ability to useMicrosoft Office A customer focusedattitude
