Working as part of the Student Education and Experience Directorates, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of key processes that ensure the quality and standards of the University’s Student Education. You will have a key role in supporting faculties deliver the University’s strategies and initiatives for Student Education and Experience. As a member of the Quality Assurance and Enhancement Team, you will work closely with colleagues in that team and with the Pro Deans for Student Education to help lead and support the business of the Faculty Taught Student Education Committees.
You will require strong leadership skills to drive change and advance the University’s strategies for Student Education, ensuring they are viable and deliver an exceptional student experience. You will work in partnership with the Schools to manage portfolio development plans and related Quality Assurance processes. You will manage and service committees and groups, lead portfolio, programme, and module review processes, and support new programme and module approval and implementation at both faculty and institutional levels. You will provide professional advice and guide decision-making on enhancements to the Faculty and University portfolio of programmes to improve the student experience.
You will have experience of delivering continuous improvement and service excellence and the ability to lead and deliver change. You will have experience of influencing and negotiating effectively to achieve desired outcomes, building effective partnerships, and working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
