Technical Sales Engineer Needed for our client based in the Stafford area providing equipment to the biogas, agricultural and waste-water industries.This is an excellent opportunity for a ambitious individual to join their growing team. As the Technical Sales Engineer you will have a strong drive to not only meet the job requirements but to actively look to grow and develop the sector. We are looking for someone who has experience working in Technical Sales, ideally with knowledge of engineering pumps and mixing systems. Key Responsibilities: To actively pursue and grow the current customer base and develop new business accounts within the whole of the UK & Ireland, and to pursue and respond to all sales enquiries by telephone, email, or by site visits. Learn technical knowledge about the equipment and kit being sold to provide a comprehensive and informed service to customers and potential customers and to respond to queries. Meet and exceed agreed sales targets. Supported by the Marketing team, obtain new customers through networking, social media and sales leads, with an ability to spot opportunities and a passion to use initiative to grow the sector. Report to Manager, all sales activities and provide relevant information as required. Required Skills: 2 years experience in sales Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills. Highly driven and tenacious in pursuit of targets. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients. Knowledge of Sales analysis tools, systems Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to work. Excellent planning and organisational skills.
