The Hotel Administration Co-ordinator will support the sales strategies to drive corporate bedroom and meetings events business for GKI. The role will include working across both sales and revenue streams.
The Hotel Administration Co-ordinator will report to the Commercial Sales Manager and will work alongside the revenue team.

In your role as a Hotel Administration Co-ordinator you will...
* Complete day to day administration activities to support the Commercial Sales Manager, including reporting & tracking
* Work with the Commercial Sales Manager to handle incoming requests for pricing
* Support the hotels with their locally negotiated corporate rate process, including training hotel teams and calling new business leads to convert into hotel clients
* Load rates into the property management system (PMS) and Global Distribution System (GDS)
* Maintain and improve our hotels visibility on Global Distribution System, working alongside our GDS provider
* Check and approve agency commission claims
