The Assistant Business Development and Recruitment Manager will work closely with Business Development and Recruitment Managers to support the delivery of a highly professional and personalised attraction, enquiry management, and recruitment and admissions service. The successful candidate will organise, co-ordinate, project manage and deliver an extensive range of calling campaigns, online webinars and face to face interactions aimed at identifying, attracting and converting high-calibre candidates interested in pre-experience Masters and Bachelors level study. This role will require the successful candidate to work independently with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude. This is a demanding role therefore, enthusiasm and ability to work under pressure are paramount. The successful candidate should demonstrate creativity and innovation in an ever-changing environment. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate an ability in the provision of effective support for busy senior managers, proven organisational and planning skills and a track record in project/event management. A focus on working smart and supporting the spirit of partnership and collaboration with candidates, colleagues and external stakeholders is essential to success in this role. The role will involve visits to The Shard and some international travel to support attraction and recruitment events.
