Position: Part-Time Sales Administrator
Location: Sheffield, S4 - Presidents Building, close to City Centre
Type: Permanent, Part-Time (with flexibility)
Our client, a well-established leader in the medical equipment industry, is seeking an enthusiastic Part time Administrator to join their Sheffield team. Key Responsibilities:
* Process sales orders via phone, website, email, and purchase orders.
* Answered customer calls, assisted with inquiries, and directed calls as needed.
* Respond to customer queries by phone and email.
* Reach out to customers with any order-related queries.
* Handle sales returns.
* Provide customer quotations and process orders as required.
* Support the administration of large projects and marketing campaigns.
* Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer information.
* Perform other tasks in line with the role’s responsibilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong communication skills, with a desire to help!
* GCSE English and Mathematics at Level 4/Grade C or above. Additional qualifications (e.g., Computer Studies/CLAIT) preferred. 'A' level qualifications are suitable.
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Ability to problem-solve, retain information, and adapt to new processes.
* Team-oriented yet able to work independently, managing and prioritizing your workload.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM systems (preferred).
Benefits:
* Salary: Starting at £25,000 per annum (pro rata based on 37.5 hours per week) – approximately £12.82 per hour.
* Hours: Minimum 25 hours per week across 5 days (Monday to Friday) with flexible hours between 9 am and 4 pm.
* Leave: 24 days plus bank holidays.
* Location: Sheffield, with on-site parking available.
