About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, supporting sales growth, and enhancing customer engagement. This role involves developing and executing strategic marketing communications and sales support initiatives aimed at maximizing profitability and brand recognition. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to create impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Marketing Development:
Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that support the business objectives and drive growth across multiple product lines.
Continuously enhance the company's marketing processes to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
2. Market Intelligence and Analysis:
Collect and analyze market, competitor, and industry data to provide actionable insights for strategic market planning.
Utilize customer segmentation research, including surveys and feedback, to inform marketing initiatives and product positioning.
3. Digital Marketing and CRM Optimization:
Maximize the utilization of CRM systems for automated email campaigns, lead generation, customer feedback (NPS), and targeted marketing efforts.
Collaborate with sales channels to develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns.
4. Lead Generation and Sales Support:
Enhance the lead generation process through effective pull and push marketing strategies, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
Support sales teams with market share reporting, sales statistics, and performance monitoring.
5. Event Management and Product Launches:
Organize and manage trade shows, exhibitions, virtual events, and local product launches to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
Partner with distributors to support and promote joint marketing initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Proven track record in marketing management and marketing communications.
2. Solid experience in market research and data analysis to drive strategic decision-making.
3. Experience in digital marketing, including CRM systems (e.g., SAP CRM, AEM) and tools like Google Analytics.
4. Knowledge of the engineering or industrial sector is advantageous but not essential.
Educational Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Equivalent work experience in marketing communications or strategic marketing roles will also be considered.
3. Previous experience working in a similar role.
