Location: Leeds or London We are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) Engineer to join our growing team. As an IDN Engineer, you will play a key role in managing and optimising Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes using SailPoint IdentityNow. You will collaborate with various internal teams to design, implement, and maintain secure identity solutions while ensuring compliance with security best practices. Key Responsibilities: Implement and configure SailPoint IdentityNow for identity governance and lifecycle management. Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration with various systems (e.g., Active Directory, SaaS applications, cloud platforms and on-prem applications). Automate and streamline IdentityNow provisioning tasks, including role management and access requests. Perform regular audits, reconciliations, and certifications of user access to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IdentityNow operations. Collaborate with security, IT, and business teams to refine identity governance processes. Stay up to date with IAM trends and best practices, particularly related to SailPoint IdentityNow. Required Qualifications: Proven experience with SailPoint IdentityNow implementation and management. Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management principles, including provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and governance. Hands-on experience with integration to systems such as Active Directory, Azure, JDBC, and SaaS applications. Experience with scripting (e.g., PowerShell, JavaScript) for automation within IAM environments. Familiarity with identity lifecycle management processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other IAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint IdentityIQ, Okta). Salary and Benefits Information We encourage flexible working, part time working and job share arrangements. Part time salary and benefits will be on a pro-rated basis as appropriate. We offer a salary as follows: Leeds circa £53,900 - £62,190 London circa £59,905 - £69,120 In addition, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package as detailed below: A non-contributory, career average pension giving you a guaranteed retirement benefit of 1/95th of your annual salary for every year worked. There is the option to increase your pension (to 1/50th) or decrease (to 1/120th) in exchange for salary through our flexible benefits programme each year.
