Catering Manager Swindon Young persons leisure resort £39200 Our client is looking for an experienced Catering Manager to lead the catering team at a young persons leisure retreat. This role is all about creating a welcoming and efficient dining experience while ensuring that all visitors' dietary needs are met. You will play a vital role in ensuring that young people enjoy their meals in a safe, inclusive, and positive environment. Live in option if required. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the dining area, ensuring smooth service. Ensure all dietary, allergen, and special meal requirements are met Lead and support the catering team to deliver high-quality meals efficiently. Create a positive and welcoming dining experience for young people and staff. Monitor food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring full compliance with regulations. Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure meal service runs smoothly and on time. Manage stock levels, budgets, and supplier relationships. Handle any issues or concerns related to meal service and visitor experience. What Were Looking For: Proven experience as a Catering Manager or similar leadership role. Strong knowledge of food safety, allergens, and special dietary requirements. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to create a positive, organized, and efficient dining environment. Experience working in a high-volume catering environment. A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering great service. Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 3 or higher preferred).
