BRUSH Group are looking for a dynamic and motivated In-House Recruitment Partner to join the In-House Recruitment team. Reporting into the HR Director, this person will be instrumental in supporting the groups growth. In partnership with the existing In-House Recruitment Partner, this role will manage the full recruitment life cycle and associated processes. Working with Senior Leaders and Managers, this role will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting talent to fulfil the current and future needs of the business. The In-House Recruitment Partner will be key in building a strong employer brand and providing a positive candidate experience. Main Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers within client group to understand and meet the recruitment and role requirements Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn) Source quality candidates through a variety of channels, with a focus on direct hiring, whilst also building and maintain relationships with external providers Screen applications and update candidates on hiring processes Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first-round and second-round interviews Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate Use and develop the ATS system to ensure a positive hiring experience for candidates, hiring managers and recruitment partners Headhunt for key roles, utilising LinkedIn Recruiter and networks Explore new talent pools and define recruitment strategies to attract candidates Promote internal promotions and career progression with effective recruitment communications and campaigns Manage and promote the employee referral program Manage and track recruitment data for reporting purposes Partner with the marketing team to build the company brand on social medial and on line platforms Identify and participate in external events to build the business brand Support the on-boarding process This position is based in Glasgow, Scotland with some travel to other sites (approximately 10% of time) Person Specification Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred. A-C GCSE, Maths and English Skills Interviewing skills. Able to take on a high degree of responsibility and manage own workload within a fast paced and demanding environment. Resilience. Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport. Proactive. Strong written & verbal communication skills. Organised. Experience Minimum 3 years experience within a recruitment role either internal or agency – ideally within engineering sector. Managing high-volume of vacancies across multi disciplines at one time. Negotiating fees and rates with external agencies. Writing engaging job adverts and using social media platforms to source the best talent.
