The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting their recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities. Assist in the preparation and posting of job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms. Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback. Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and projects as needed. Assist in organizing and attending recruitment events and job fairs. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws. Qualifications: Previous experience in a recruitment or HR role is preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
