The Role and Ideal Candidate
* A degree in Sociology or a related Social Science subject (a recognised teaching qualification is preferred)
* Proven experience of teaching Sociology, either through previous roles or training placements
* Ability to plan, prepare and deliver stimulating lessons across Key Stages, covering topics such as social stratification, culture and identity, and research methods
* Enthusiastic about nurturing pupils critical thinking and analytical skills, and promoting discussion and debate
* Committed to fostering an inclusive classroom environment that supports pupils of all abilities and backgrounds
