Description
My client is currently looking for a Credit Controller in the Skelmersdale area, which is situated near Ormskirk, Parbold, and Wigan. This role will be working for a large private organisation on a full-time temporary contract working 37.5 hours per week, initially covering maternity leave until January 2017.
Responsibilities within this role include:
* Collecting account debt via telephone, email, and letter.
* Reconciling customer accounts.
* Maintaining good relationships with customers and clients.
Essentials are:
* Sage/SAP knowledge.
* Excellent knowledge of Excel.
* Strong client and customer relationship skills with good attention to detail.
* The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
