Role Purpose:
To deliver excellent execution within key strategic convenience customers, responsible for the management and delivery of the Shopper strategy across Dairy, Plant, Waters and Baby categories.
Key Activities:
Analytics
* Confidently set Campaign KPIs and Objectives
* Analysis of shopper data and previous activations to provide insight for campaign plans by customer
* Monthly budget forecasting and reviews by category, adjusting accordingly based on data
* Ownership and delivery of campaign performance and target tracking
* Nurture and manage your day-to-day customer contacts
Project Management
* Working closely with Sales and Marketing ICX team to ensure the delivery of aligned and impactful brand messages at every touchpoint within specific customers
* Responsible for the excellent execution of Brand Campaigns and NPD in specific customers
* Tracking of the key targets (e.g. activation ROI, shopper conversion, customer touchpoints) to deliver the plan, working across functions to execute
* Delivery of each campaign by subchannel (e.g. convenience, online, quick comm etc) to maximise ROI
Team Engagement & Development
* Being an active member of the Shopper team
* Delivery management through setting the plans for activities and desired outcomes, engages the team on the ‘why’ of each project and coaching on the day-to-day challenges

* Understanding and experience of successful project management

Salary Banding: £48k - £57k plus car allowance
