Our client, a leading organization, is seeking a skilled professional to lead the migration of employee data from legacy applications to SAP Success Factors as part of a global HR transformation initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Sharepoint estate, ensuring seamless integration, and developing a comprehensive knowledge transfer plan.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and document the existing architecture of the Sharepoint estate, including interfaces, criticality, and support models.
* Develop a comprehensive knowledge transfer plan, including foundation knowledge sessions and documentation of knowledge provided by the incumbent team.
* Establish and document the database architecture, backup and restore test approach, and data retention policies.
* Contribute to the development of the Technical Roadmap for the Sharepoint estate, including core, interfaces, patches, and databases.
* Review existing and available ADM/automation tooling and identify actions to drive improved monitoring and productivity.
* Establish and document the licensing position and how these are managed.
* Work with the Transition Manager, existing team, and SMEs to meet the foundation requirements and identified through the Transition.
Requirements:
* SC Cleared and DV Clearable.
* British Citizen.
* Strong experience in managing Sharepoint estates and ensuring seamless integration.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
