The Role
We’re looking for a smart, switched-on Senior Lifestyle Assistant (SLA) to support our Client team. This is a fast-paced, detail-led role that blends research, logistics, and lifestyle curation. You’ll help ensure that our clients receive timely, thoughtful responses to their requests - whether you're sourcing hard-to-get tickets, planning bespoke travel, or coordinating their calendars.
Key Responsibilities
1. Researching everything from the best florists in Paris to hidden-gem family villas in Puglia
2. Booking luxury and complex travel itineraries
3. Liaising with tradespeople, domestic staff, and high-end service providers
4. Paying invoices and managing expenses for household teams
5. Sourcing and securing tickets to sold-out events
6. Making restaurant reservations and booking appointments
7. Curating thoughtful gift ideas to suit the client’s preferences and budget
8. Sending detailed calendar invites and managing schedules
9. Helping to organise private events
10. Contributing to our quarterly What’s On cultural guide (art, theatre, music, exhibitions)
What We’re Looking For
1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury lifestyle, concierge, UHNW private PA support, or high-end travel
2. Strong knowledge of London’s cultural landscape - restaurants, events, hotels and more
3. Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to multitask with calm precision
4. A natural team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. A second language (Spanish, French, or Italian) is a plus
6. A positive, proactive mindset and solutions-first attitude
Salary and Benefits
1. Salary from £36,500 DOE
2. Up to 10% performance & revenue bonus
3. 20 days holiday (excluding public holidays and a Christmas break)
4. 1 day WFH a week post training period (6 months)
