RotherhamNHS Foundation Trust are currently seeking an experienced Pelvic Health Physiotherapistto provide a high quality, responsive service for patients withneuromusculoskeletal/orthopaedic conditions related to pregnancy and/or womenshealth problems related to pelvic floor muscle dysfunction/ urological orgynaecological conditions.

Main duties of the job
To beclinically responsible for a designated caseload of patients/clients and toorganise this effectivelyand efficiently with regard to clinical priorities and use of time.
Toundertake a comprehensive assessment of womens health patients/clients with antenataland/or postnatal musculoskeletal conditions and patients with gynaecological orurological problems using a range of recognised and specialised clinicalassessment techniques.
Todetermine a diagnosis and prognosis through the application of clinicalreasoning skills and specialist knowledge of physiological and pathologicalprocesses and syndromes, with neuromusculoskeletal/Orthopaedic conditionsrelated to pregnancy and/or to womens health problems related to pelvic floormuscle dysfunction and/or other urological or gynaecological conditions.
To beable to recognise when a patient may need onward referral to an orthopaedicspecialist, obstetrician, gynaecologist or urologist due to theseverity/prognosis of their presenting problem.
Toformulate/develop and undertake evidence-based plan taking into account themanagement options available.

* Degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy
