Office Administrator \n \nOur client based in central Reading are looking to expand their team and are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the operations and help deliver exceptional service to clients and contractors.\n \nAs an Office Administrator, you will be an integral part of the team, assisting with the daily administration and ensuring smooth operations within the recruitment process. You will have a strong focus on contractor management, timesheet processing, invoicing for both contract and permanent placements, and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping.\n \nKey Responsibilities:\n\nManage timesheet portals and ensure timesheets are accurately submitted and processed.\n\nHandle invoicing for both contract and permanent placements, ensuring timely and accurate billing.\n\nChase outstanding invoices and follow up with clients as required.\n\nProvide effective contractor management and support, ensuring contractors have everything they need to succeed.\n\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date contractor and client records.\n\nUse Excel to generate reports, track data, and maintain spreadsheets.\n\nOffer general administrative support to the recruitment team, including handling queries and assisting with office tasks as needed.\n\nEnsure all processes are completed with the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.\nKey Requirements:\n\nProven experience in office administration, ideally within a recruitment agency or similar fast-paced environment.\n\nStrong experience working with timesheet portals and invoicing systems.\n\nSolid understanding of contractor management processes.\n\nExcellent proficiency in Excel, including working with spreadsheets and generating reports.\n\nExperience with invoice chasing and managing outstanding payments.\n\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.\n\nExceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with contractors, clients, and colleagues.\nIf you are interested in this role and would like to understand more then please click apply
