Key Responsibilities:

3. Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback to help them reach their full potential.
4. Support the development of practical skills through hands-on experiments and projects.
5. Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the department's resources and initiatives.

Requirements:
1. A degree in Science with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
2. Previous experience teaching science at KS3/4 is desirable but not essential.
3. Excellent subject knowledge across the key scientific disciplines (Biology, Chemistry, Physics).
4. A passion for inspiring young people and helping them reach their academic and personal potential.
5. Strong communication and organisational skills.
