The Transition Lead will work within the CBS (Central Business Service) Order Entry (OE) department and will be primarily responsible for stabilisation of the new Siemens Healthineers ERP system; P58, act as a key user in the P58 environment, subject matter expert on digitalization projects within GB&I. The OE team is a fundamental operational function that supports the processing of Customer orders, managing deliveries from our European Distribution Centre to End Customer, meeting our customer contract expectations to ensure our products are available in Hospital and Laboratory settings. Therefore, balancing the need for accuracy and efficiency, focusing on digitalisation, as well as monitoring and driving actions for improvements are the focus. In addition, a close collaboration with multiple stakeholders inside and outside of GB&I is very important to be successful. The position reports into the Head of OE Northwest Europe (NWE) and will provide a strong support and engagement in digital projects. This is a key role in DX and will develop with you ensuring a constant learning journey alongside the Customer, digital and system transformations that are planned and ensuring that this role is in partnership with your personal development and career progression. Your Role: Working on implementation of the new ERP system; P58 and digital OE tools Undertake digital transformation of OE Diagnostics (DX) with increased digital order processing utilizing various tools e.g. Esker, Knime, Webshop Provide key support to Head of OE NWE for all OTC reporting, analysis, and queries by the agreed deadlines. Understand and streamline the OE processes, with aim of improving process documentation ahead of system transition.
