My client is seeking a dynamic HR Advisor to join their team and contribute to a positive, productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert advice and support on Employee Relations (ER) issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
2. Conduct investigations into ER matters, ensuring thorough documentation and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
3. Collaborate with managers and employees to promote a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement.
4. Develop and implement ER policies and procedures, keeping abreast of the latest HR trends and legal updates.
5. Travel occasionally when needed.
Qualifications:
1. CIPD level 3.
2. Minimum of 3 years of HR experience with a focus on Employee Relations.
3. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
Hybrid: 3 days in the office.
Paid travel up to twice a month; must be able to drive.
Holiday: 25 days + BH.
