The team is composed of skilled professionals who are passionate about their work and strive to exceed client expectations. Your new role Your new role is a dual role of Quality & Safety Officer. This position requires someone who is knowledgeable about ISO standards, is hands-on and not afraid to roll up their sleeves. The role is officer level, with a heavy focus on supporting senior management with administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for risk assessments, document control, and auditing. What you'll need to succeed NEBOSH (Occupational or Construction) or Quality Management Systems certification. Knowledge of incident & accident investigations. Familiarity with Health & Safety, Quality Policies, JMS, SSOW, RAMS, and other QMS documentation. Experience in risk & hazard management. Knowledge of and maintaining ISO standards 45001, 9001, 14001 accreditations. Auditing experience of internal departments. Proficiency in IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills and the ability to represent the company at client meetings and visits. Ability to monitor and review safety & quality processes and procedures. Understanding of document control procedures. Flexibility to work varied hours and cover holiday periods. A full clean driving licence What you'll get in return In return, the successful candidate will receive: A competitive salary of up to £47,000, with flexibility based on experience.
