Job Title: Special Education Needs Teacher Location: Wokingham, Berkshire Salary: £150 - £180 per day (depending on experience) Type: Flexible, Full-time/Part-time Available Join Our Dedicated Team of Special Education Needs Teachers in Wokingham Teaching Personnel is currently seeking a passionate and committed Special Education Needs (SEN) Teacher to support students aged 3 to 18 years across several SEN schools in the Wokingham area. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about making a difference in the lives of young learners with special educational needs. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver lessons to small groups and individual students Prepare teaching materials, take registers, and write reports Support students in building confidence, independence, and fostering a love for learning Manage student behaviour and create a safe, engaging environment for all learners What We’re Looking For: Sensitivity, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure A team player with a collaborative mindset Flexible and open to new challenges A strong understanding of students' individual needs and the ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly Experience in an SEN environment is preferred, but not essential Why Choose Teaching Personnel?
