Our client, a reputable firm based in St Albans, is seeking a Talent Administrator to provide vital support in the HR department. You do not require any HR experience, however this role is mainly strong administration and therefore you will have a strong administrative experience, who is highly organised, and have a friendly and approachable demeanor. Location: St Albans Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience) Benefits: 25 days holiday (pro-rata), pension, Life Assurance (4x salary) About the Role: You'll be the first point of contact for our Early Talent group, offering support and guidance in all HR, recruitment, and training-related matters. You’ll be responsible for managing training requests, organising exam bookings, maintaining training logs, and assisting with recruitment campaigns and induction programmes. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for Early Talent queries and provide HR policy information. Manage training and exam bookings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Coordinate induction programmes for graduate cohorts and apprentices. Track study schedules, exam progress, and ensure success updates are shared. Assist in organizing recruitment campaigns, assessment days, and career fairs. Collaborate with external training providers like Kaplan to ensure smooth processes. Liaise with Training Managers, Senior Learning & Development Managers, and Partners, stepping up as needed to ensure effective communication and coordination. What We’re Looking For: Experience: At least 12 months of administrative experience, ideally within HR. Skills: Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
