Service Care Solutions are looking for a dedicated Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our clients' rehabilitation service at Heathy House. Location:Halifax, West Yorkshire
Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday Friday | 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (30-minute break)
Salary: £35,000 £40,000 per annum (Dependent on experience)

About the Role As a Band 6 Occupational Therapist, you will:
* Deliver high-quality OT interventions that foster independence and well-being.
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalised care plans.
* Conduct assessments to identify strengths and challenges in daily living activities.
* Provide both one-to-one and group therapy sessions to enhance social participation.
* Lead the development of OT pathways and contribute to service-wide improvements.
* Occasionally travel to support our multisite services.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a diverse caseload under the guidance of the Lead Occupational Therapist.
* Develop, implement, and review therapy goals tailored to each service user.
* Promote community engagement through meaningful activities.
* Mentor support staff and offer fieldwork placements for OT students.

Who Were Looking Forto excel in this role, youll need:
* A Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration.
* At least 3 years post-graduate experience, including 2 years in mental health settings.
* A passion for rehabilitation and community integration.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
* A proactive, solution-focused approach with a drive for continuous improvement.
