Main duties of the job The service manager will assist the Head of Operations in meeting the Trust's strategic and operational agenda. They will oversee day to day service management issues, liaising with departments and multi- disciplinary teams as required. To deputise for the Head of Operations as required. The role requires an individual with a relevant professional qualification and experience in the management of people and services. They will promote the service and manage partnership relations with stakeholders working with other Service and Operational Managers. To plan and oversee the implementation of the service improvement and delivery of service performance across all domains. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with clinical and operational standards and contractual requirements ensuring regular reporting to all relevant stakeholder groups.
