Practice manager will work with a variety of staff who work from or are based within Ann Physiocare practices. These staff will typically include Physiotherapists, Clinic coordinators, Regional managers.
You will be involved in a wide range of activities, including:
recruit, train and supervise account managers and admin staff
business planning
handling financial systems for the practices
selecting, training and supervising non-clinical staff
developing and supervising appointment systems that work well for patients and clinicians
ensuring accurate medical and financial records are kept and comply with GDPR
developing strategies for the practices on issues such as computer systems and security, expanding or changing services, and long-term services
control stocks of equipment, stationery, consumables and clinical suppies
coordinating the buildings'(for all practices) cleaning, maintenance and security (records & GDPR)
to be a clinical receptionist around this role as practice manager so you can be in and around each of our clinics to get a feel for every aspect of the business
