Group Referrals Manager

We are collaborating with a highly regarded Education and Care organisation, seeking to appoint a Group Referrals Manager to join their dynamic commercial team.
As Referrals Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless, professional and effective referral process, acting as the primary liaison between the organisation and local authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee incoming referrals - Ensuring timely and professional responses
* Work closely with Headteachers to coordinate placements and ensure readiness to meet the individuals needs
* Develop trusted partnerships with local authority representatives
* Represent the organisation in local authority meetings - Fostering transparency and mutual understanding
* Maintain accurate records of placements - Ensuring data security and confidentiality
Essential Requirements:
* Candidates must have a background in referrals/placements/admissions
* Candidates must have experience liaising with Local Authorities
* An understanding of the Specialist Education Sector and EHCPs will be beneficial for this role
Important Information:
* This is a hybrid role requiring flexibility to spend at least two days a week on-site - either in the central office or visiting schools—while working remotely for the remainder.
* Salary - Dependent on experience - £40-45k (Basic) + Bonus.
