Day-to-day of the role: Obtain the necessary paperwork or applications required to implement proposed recommendations, including illustrations. Submit the relevant applications and ensure that the recommendations are successfully implemented. Work closely with the Financial Planner to arrange client meetings as they fall due and prepare valuations and other required items for these meetings. Conduct initial research and analysis of existing arrangements. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1 to 2 years of industry experience.as a minimum Technical knowledge and experience relating to financial products, services, and regulations. Good understanding of compliance procedures and standards, including responsibilities related to these. Familiarity with company back office procedures and IT systems. Knowledge of new business processes, procedures, and documentation. Excellent customer service and relationship management skills. Strong time management and organisational skills. Keen attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Problem-solving abilities. Proactive approach to learning.
