Role purpose : The role will serve as a partner to the leadership teams, helping them to develop and execute people plans that help to achieve key business priorities. A key focus will be supporting the Division in building the leadership, organisation, skills and capabilities to deliver on key performance requirements across the commercial and operational departments. The role will also lead the development and execution of the organisation’s learning, development, and talent growth initiatives and will lead on Wellbeing, ED&I and Early Careers across the Group. This role is pivotal in shaping a learning culture, ensuring employees have the tools, knowledge, and skills to succeed, grow, and contribute to the company’s long-term success. Engagement of Leadership team and delivery through partnership with them Achievement of agreed annual / Quarterly objectives Control of overall employment cost base An understanding of the important metrics for performance Effective contribution to a wider People team agenda alongside the People leadership team Delivery of annual People & Organisational Review Processes Delivery of Early Careers Strategy Delivery of key Wellbeing & ED&I priorities Support the development of the wider People team and direct reports
