Salary: £28-30K + OTE: £45K+

You'll join a lively, social team in Manchester and work for an impressive Sales Leader who is passionate, loves developing people, drives a positive culture, and was promoted internally.
Business Development Executives will receive a 1st class training program and expect to be competent in only 3 months. Progression happens every 12 months when you hit target, and 33% of advertised roles in this company are filled with internal promotions.

The day to day:
1. Sell to Existing & Lapsed Clients: Re-engage past clients and grow relationships with current ones.
2. Make 40+ Calls Daily: Maintain consistent outreach to prospects and clients.
3. Use Solution-Based Sales: Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
4. Educate on Products & Market Trends: Share insights on offerings and industry developments.
5. Manage Full Sales Process: From prospecting to closing, control your pipeline and earnings.
6. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Ensure smooth sales cycles through cross-department coordination.
7. Work Autonomously: Apply your personal style and strategies for success.
